I tend to prefer this days to try and label my YouTube videos into mini series, after the 3 day dance event in High Wycombe via Urban Strides I started an Afterburn mini series. This started about Oct 27th and should continue as far up to Xmas as I can go. i learned a lot during those 3 days and found myself short on endurance which was also a problem when I was boxing 6th Oct so now I’m trying to train not just for technique but endurance as that seems to be the main problem.
I will update this page with regular updates & videos with Urban Strides material I was taught and picked up as I aim to be at the April 2019 Hip Hop Dont Stop event – I might refer to this project & series of videos under Urban Strides for now, I’m putting into practice as what I learned. Sometimes it is best to meet other artists and through Urban Strides certainly provides this, which is why I’m hoping & aiming to go back in April 2019 better condition and shape. Stretching & Endurance are 2 things I am going to have to improve upon, from my notes day 2 I struggled. More training, I’m going to document my improvements through this blog, my videos and a dance website I have created that shall be a reference for future development.
At the moment April 2019 seems far away, and the period after does not look good, but still going to try and be there as it will be a good benchmark to see how much I can improve. 6 months seems like a life time, for now I’ll be trying to end 2018 with this Afterburn Mini Series of videos and posts. I’ll be adding static & reference pages and info to that website as time goes by as a series of updates, main mission will be to update myself on MA & improve my dancing as well in stretches and endurance.
