I like this route by Butlin’s & where you head out will either way on 3 possible routes take you either to the Lobster Pot and the beach to Felpham, Middleton & Elmer. There is the beach route or the other way heading into the main land you can either reach the country side within a mile or so via the golf course club or through Arun Leisure Centre. There may be other routes. You could always follow the road leading to Littlehampton or LA as some people like to call it.
